Overview
We at Citizens are searching for a highly motivated individual who will primarily focus on negotiations with creditors to secure agreement to reduce our clients debt.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute client settlement offers between our clients and the creditor
- Build rapport and maintain contact with creditors and collection agencies
- Manage client portfolios and strategize the best solution for our clients success while in the program
- Review client's savings balance to determine funds necessary and available to execute timely agreements
- Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management team
Qualifications
- Self-driven, motivated, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self starter with high energy and goal oriented
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly
